On 8 th May, 2007 , Utels International signed a formal agreement with ISTC Beijing regards to the cooperation of International membership. The holders of International Student Identity Card, International Teacher Identity Card and International Youth Travel Card are now having the same benefits of having an Utels Membership Card. ISTC was established in 1949 and originally organized by the students from European universities. It is an organization that offers service and assistance to youth travelers with more than 500 agencies all over the world.
