The Utels International Quality Standards means you can rely on a great level of both services and facilities wherever you stay in a Utels property!

The qualification of Utels Quality Guarantee Standards is checked by each of our Utels properties checking team and the feedback from customers. In addition, on order to give the best service and offer the greatest staying place for global travelers, for the existing Utels properties who are not qualified to our standards will automatically go to the clearing system.

• Open - All Utels properties are open to global customers. Our members and not yet members are all welcomed, and they can make advanced reservations through our online booking website: www.hostelcn.com . Of course, our staff in call centre is ready to help you in anytime!

• Easy life - A good sleeping means too much including cultured bar, mini cinema, fresh meals, information centre and sufficient washing/shower facilities. Some restaurants are available, along with self-catering facilities and a food store onsite or close by. All the things we are creating are trying to make your life easy!

• Cleanness – An Utels Quality Guarantee Standard will ensure you are staying in an orderly place. We are offering the higher standard than whatever you expected!

• Safety – Not simplely offer your security lockers for luggage and valuables, our 24 hours securities will make sure you having a pleasant journey with us.

• Privacy - In showers, washing areas and toilets. Utels provide single sex dormitories - although if requested, a mixed sex dormitory may be offered to people traveling together. Private rooms and standard rooms with toilet/shower inside are also available at many locations and can be reserved in advance.
